A private session gives you a lot of (sometimes overwhelming) information. Don't worry about trying to remember every little detail or taking notes on your own. As an extra courtesy, I am happy to provide every client with a personalized follow-up worksheet following a private session. You can use these to print out and refer to if you forget, take time off from training, or experience any regression.
